3—5.3oz cups of Wünder Coffee Quark
1 cup of powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 pack of Lady Fingers (18-20 per pack)
1 cup of cooled black coffee
½ cup cocoa powder
Coffee beans for decoration
Wash and dry 8 x 8oz Mason jars, set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the quark, vanilla extract and powdered sugar – chill for 30-45 minutes.
Spoon the cooled coffee over 6-8 Lady Fingers at a time, before spooning a heaped tbsp to the bottom of every Mason jar.
Add a 3 tbsp of the quark blend, before adding another layer of the coffee drenched Lady Fingers. Repeat twice more.
Using a sieve, dust the tops of the tiramisu with the cocoa powder.
Finish with three coffee beans per jar.
