for the dip
3 generous dollops of Wünder Creamery Plain quark
2 ripe avocados
a handful of: fresh parsley, basil, and chopped scallions
1 tbsp of salt
1/2 tspn freshly cracked pepper
juice of 2 medium lemons
1/4 c. good olive oil
vegetable crudité can be assembled with anything that’s in Season!
combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse for about 2 minutes or until all the herbs resemble small green specks. Add a dash of fresh cracked pepper a finishing touch. The dip can be made a day in advance, stored covered in the refrigerator.
