2 5.3oz cups Wünder Creamery plain quark
1/3 C. thinly sliced scallion (white and dark green parts, divided)
A handful of finely sliced dill and mint, or any fresh herbs you have on hand such as tarragon or parsley
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
Persian cucumbers, carrots, or crackers
Combine quark with just the white parts of the scallion, season with salt and pepper. Gently fold in the herbs. Be sure to not aggressively stir the dip mixture, otherwise, it will turn too loose. Once combined, leave in a fridge for 15-20 minutes. When ready to serve, gently drizzle olive oil, green parts of the scallion, and the remaining herbs (optional). Enjoy with veggies or crackers!
